The question that worries everyone most: will the cups arrive intact? Do you pack them securely?

Every piece is wrapped carefully and securely in tissue paper first, and only then in several layers of bubble wrap.

That way the porcelain is left untouched: the colour and the gilding never meet the outer wrapping, so nothing rubs away.

The space between the pieces in the parcel is filled thoroughly with packing material that forms a soft, springy cushion, so our parcels are not troubled by knocks or drops.

There is no need to worry — your vintage treasures will arrive safe and sound. Proven over a great many parcels sent all over the world.

There is a fragile-handling label for the post office, too.
